You can assure of Chic by Sha's items of the highest quality. Chic by Sha stands by the products we carry and would like to assure all customers that their feedback is dealt with appropriately. Do ensure the shipping address provided is correct as Chic by Sha accepts no responsibility once your order has been dispatched. Please note that there are no refunds for incorrect choice.
Pricing:
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Chic by Sha reserves the right to change our pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Payments:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and money order. Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.
Shipping/Deliveries:
Our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your orders to you both quickly and efficiently. Delivery cost is at a flat rate of AUS$10.00 unless otherwise stated.
Local shipment:
- Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement or the next business day.
- Orders are shipped via Express Post or Courier.
- In most cases orders will be received within 3 - 5 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
International shipment:
- Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placement.
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail, Australia Post Express Post International or Courier.
- In general, orders will be received within 4 - 8 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
- Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote.
Privacy:
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Chic by Sha.
